Terms of service
Last updated: 17th June 2026
These Terms of Service explain the terms on which Grow With Me Ltd (“Grow With Me”, “we”, “us” or “our”) supplies products and services to you through our website and subscription service.
By using our website, placing an order, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using any product supplied by us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase from us.
1. Who we are
We are Grow With Me Ltd, a company providing age-appropriate toy subscription boxes for babies and young children.
You can contact us at support@growwithmesubscriptionbox.co.uk.
2. Who may use our website and buy from us
Our website and services are intended for use by adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, create an account or purchase a subscription from us.
Our products are intended to be purchased, received, checked and used under the responsibility of an adult parent, guardian, carer or other responsible adult.
3. Our products
Grow With Me provides toy boxes for babies and young children. The contents of each box may vary from time to time depending on availability, product updates, supplier changes and other operational reasons.
We try to display and describe our products accurately, but images, colours, packaging and product details may vary slightly from those shown on our website, in emails or in advertising.
We may change, substitute, update or discontinue products, box contents, packaging or supporting materials at any time.
4. Age recommendations and toy suitability
Our boxes are designed around a baby’s age and stage. We may use the baby’s date of birth or age to recommend or supply a box that we believe is suitable for that age range.
Any age recommendation, box month, developmental guidance, product description or play suggestion we provide is for general guidance only. It is not a guarantee that a product is suitable for every child of that age.
Every child develops differently. It is the responsibility of the adult recipient, parent, guardian or carer to decide whether each item is suitable for the individual child before allowing the child to use it.
You must check the product, packaging, labels, warnings and instructions before use. If you are unsure whether an item is suitable for a child, do not allow the child to use it.
5. Adult supervision and safe use
All products supplied by Grow With Me must be used only under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.
You agree that you are responsible for supervising the child at all times when any product supplied by us is being handled, used or played with.
You must not leave a baby or child unattended with any product supplied by us.
You are responsible for ensuring that products are used safely, appropriately and in accordance with all labels, warnings, instructions and common-sense safety precautions.
You must remove and safely dispose of all packaging, wrapping, tags, ties, bags, inserts, labels and other non-toy materials before giving any item to a child, unless the packaging or material is clearly intended to form part of the toy.
You must inspect each item before every use. You must not allow a child to use any item that is damaged, broken, loose, worn, weakened, splintered, cracked, frayed, leaking, detached, incomplete or otherwise unsafe.
You must stop using and safely remove any item immediately if it becomes damaged, if any part becomes loose or detached, if it appears unsuitable for the child, or if you have any concern about its safety.
You must ensure that products are used only in a safe environment and away from hazards such as water, heat, fire, stairs, sharp objects, pets, cords, blind cords, small objects, food, drink or any other potential hazard.
You accept that babies and young children may use products unpredictably, including by throwing, mouthing, biting, pulling, dropping, banging, misusing or otherwise interacting with products in ways that are outside their intended use. You are responsible for preventing unsafe use and for removing products where necessary.
6. Recipient and adult user responsibility
Where a product is purchased as a gift or delivered to someone other than the purchaser, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that these Terms, product warnings and safety responsibilities are brought to the attention of the recipient adult.
The adult recipient, parent, guardian, carer or other adult user is responsible for checking, supervising and deciding whether and how each product should be used by the child.
By allowing a child to use any product supplied by us, the adult user accepts responsibility for supervising that use and for following all product warnings, instructions and safety guidance.
7. Product warnings and instructions
Products may include labels, warnings, safety information, age guidance or manufacturer instructions. You must read and follow these before use.
Where there is any difference between general information on our website and the warning, label or instruction supplied with a product, the product-specific warning, label or instruction should be followed.
You must keep all relevant warnings and instructions for future reference.
8. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the relevant product or subscription. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email or otherwise process the order.
We may refuse, cancel or amend an order where we reasonably need to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there is an error in pricing or product information, there is a payment issue, we suspect fraud or misuse, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
You are responsible for ensuring that all order information you provide is accurate, including your email address, delivery address, billing details, baby’s date of birth and subscription preferences.
9. Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, you authorise us and our payment provider to take recurring payments in accordance with the subscription plan you select.
Subscription pricing, frequency, renewal dates and cancellation options will be shown at checkout, in your account area or in subscription communications.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including updating payment details, delivery details and cancellation preferences.
Unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation process, your subscription may continue to renew and you may continue to be charged.
10. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time. The price charged will usually be the price shown at the time you place your order or the applicable subscription renewal price at the time of renewal.
We may offer discounts, promotions or special offers. These may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, eligibility rules or usage limits.
You must provide accurate and valid payment information. If payment fails, we may suspend, delay or cancel fulfilment of your order or subscription.
11. Delivery
We will arrange delivery to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery providers, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, weather, strikes, customs, events outside our control or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that someone is able to receive or collect the parcel where required.
Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the delivery address you provided or otherwise left in accordance with the delivery provider’s process.
12. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, some products may not be suitable for return once opened, used or handled, except where you have a legal right to return them.
13. Your use of our website
You agree not to misuse our website or services. You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce viruses or malicious code, scrape or copy content without permission, or use the website in a way that may damage our business, systems or reputation.
We may suspend or restrict access to our website or services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
14. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, images, product descriptions, graphics, branding, logos, designs, videos and other materials, belongs to us or our licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or exploit any part of our website or content without our prior written permission.
15. Reviews, feedback and user content
If you submit a review, comment, image, feedback, suggestion or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and not misleading.
You allow us to use, reproduce, publish, edit and display that content for business, marketing, website, product development and customer service purposes.
We may remove or refuse to publish content that we consider inappropriate, unlawful, offensive, misleading, infringing or otherwise unsuitable.
16. Information and guidance
Any play ideas, developmental information, product guidance, age-stage content, blog content, emails or other materials we provide are for general information only.
They are not medical, developmental, safety, childcare or professional advice, and they should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether any activity, toy, product or suggestion is appropriate for your child.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we limit our liability as set out below.
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, claim or cost arising from:
- use of a product;
- failure to follow product warnings, labels, instructions or safety guidance;
- failure to inspect a product before use;
- continued use of a damaged, worn, broken, loose, incomplete or unsafe product;
- use of a product by a child for whom the product is not suitable;
- misuse, unintended use or unsafe use of a product;
- failure to remove packaging, tags, ties, bags or other non-toy materials;
- use of a product in an unsafe environment;
- normal wear and tear;
- changes, modifications or repairs made by anyone other than us or the manufacturer;
- the individual behaviour, development, needs or actions of any baby or child.
Subject to your statutory rights, our products and services are provided for personal and household use only. We are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss.
Where we are legally permitted to limit our liability, our total liability to you in connection with an order or subscription will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant product or subscription period giving rise to the claim.
18. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including delivery disruption, supplier issues, shortages, strikes, severe weather, accidents, technical failures, changes in law, public health issues or other events beyond our reasonable control.
19. Third-party services and links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, ecommerce platforms, subscription tools, delivery providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms and review platforms.
