Cancellation policy

Some products from Grow With Me Ltd (“Grow With Me”, “we”, “us” or “our”) may be offered as a subscription. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions can be changed or cancelled.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription option, frequency and delivery schedule shown at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment provider, and you will be charged automatically for each subscription renewal unless you cancel your subscription before the next payment is processed.
You can manage, update or cancel your subscription through the subscription management link provided in your order confirmation email, customer account area or subscription emails.

Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription will stop future renewals and future subscription charges.
Cancellation does not automatically cancel, refund or stop an order that has already been charged, processed, packed, dispatched or fulfilled.
If your next subscription payment has already been taken, that order may still be fulfilled unless we are able to cancel it before processing. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
Changing a subscription
Depending on the options available at the time, you may be able to update your subscription, including your delivery address, payment method, subscription details or cancellation preferences.
You are responsible for keeping your subscription information up to date, including your delivery address and payment details.
Changes may not apply to an order that has already been charged, processed, packed, dispatched or fulfilled.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, we or our payment provider may attempt to take payment again. We may pause, delay or cancel fulfilment of your subscription if payment cannot be collected.
Pre-orders
We do not usually offer pre-orders unless this is clearly stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.
If we do offer a pre-order, the product page or checkout will explain when payment is taken, when the product is expected to be fulfilled and how cancellation works.
Try before you buy
We do not currently offer try-before-you-buy purchases unless this is clearly stated on the relevant product page or at checkout.
