What can I expect in a box?
A range of carefully curated playthings that are age appropriate for your baby. The box includes a range of sensory toys, wooden toys and a board book. The box also contains cards which provide detailed information about each item; reasons why it is included, its benefits and ways to use it.
Can I cancel my subscription once it starts?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. It’s very simple! Login to your account by clicking on ‘My Account’ at the bottom of this page and you'll be able to cancel your subscription there. Alternatively email us on support@growwithmesubscriptionbox.co.uk and we can cancel your subscription for you.
What if my baby is ahead/behind the ‘standard’ developmental curve?
We fully appreciate babies develop at different rates, hence why we hand pick open ended toys that will grow with your baby. In other words, they can be played in many different ways. However, if you'd like to change which box you receive next, contact us on support@growwithmesubscriptionbox.co.uk
Does my baby need a lot of toys?
Above all, it is quality over quantity! Babies don’t need many toys, they just need quality toys that are versatile and these toys should match your baby’s developmental needs at a given point in time. Rotation of toys is also important to expose your child to new toys and gain from the developmental benefits each brings. We select toys that can be used in different ways and will grow with your baby. Our boxes contain sensory and wooden toys.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
My baby was premature. So I use their Date of Birth or Due Date?
The majority of our subscribers prefer to use their baby’s due date rather than actual date of birth as it more closely aligns with their development stage.
Will I be charged for postage?
Absolutely not. We offer free delivery on all shipments. Boxes are typically shipped by Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service.

Here are some FAQs if you already have a subscription with us...
When will payment be taken out every month?
The initial payment it taken immediately when you subscribe. Recurring payment will then be taken monthly from the day you subscribed.
How do I know if my box has been dispatched?
You will receive an email confirming dispatch so you know exactly when your box is due to arrive.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch.
How do I update my account details?
It’s easy to make changes to your details, whether it’s your payment information, password or address book.
Login to your account and you’ll see a range of categories at the bottom of the page under ‘My Account’.
Payment for the next box has failed, how do I change my bank details?
You can change your bank details in your account.
How do I cancel/suspend my subscription?
If you no longer want to receive further Play Kits, you can login to your account to make this change.
How Do I change my address?
You have moved? No problem.
Email us on support@growwithmesubscriptionbox.co.uk and we will update your address to ensure your box follows you wherever you go.
What is your returns policy?
If you have received any damaged items, please contact us on support@growwithmesubscriptionbox.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. In your email, please attach a photo of the damaged item and describe the damage.
We are unable to accept returns of used products (unless these are faulty) as these can not be resold due to the nature of baby and toddlers toys we sell.
If you would like to request a refund of unused toys, please contact us on support@growwithmesubscriptionbox.co.uk.
Please note that you will be asked to cover postage cost of any returns that did not require damaged.
